With this certification, trainees will be able to drive boats of up to 24 meters in coastal navigation up to 25 nautical miles from the coast, both day and night.<\/p>\n<h4>Course objectives<\/h4>\n<p>During the Local Boss course, you will learn to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out long-distance coastal navigation planning, applying knowledge of nautical charts and advanced navigation instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Operating vessels safely, adjusting to changing weather and sea conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and coordinating the crew on board, ensuring safe and efficient driving.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar t\u00e9cnicas de seguran\u00e7a e primeiros socorros adequadas para navega\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas costeiras e de maior exposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Course structure<\/h4>\n<p>The course includes theoretical and practical modules, covering areas such as advanced coastal navigation, meteorology applied to navigation, radio communications, maritime regulations and emergency procedures.
